1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Enso! By accessing or using our website at ensosocial.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use our site.

These terms are pretty straightforward — we want to be transparent about how things work while we build something meaningful together.

2. What Enso Is

Enso (also referred to as "Enso Social") is a social app currently in development. Right now, our website serves as a waitlist and early access signup page for people interested in joining when we launch.

By signing up, you're expressing interest in being a founding member. We'll keep you in the loop with product updates and early access information.

3. Who Can Use Enso

To sign up for our waitlist, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Provide a valid email address
• Not have been previously removed from our services

By signing up, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet these requirements.

4. Your Data

When you sign up for the waitlist, we collect your email address (required) and optionally your name. We also record the timestamp of your signup.

5. Acceptable Use

We're building a community based on real connection, so we ask that you:

6. Intellectual Property

Everything on this website — the design, text, graphics, logos, and overall look and feel — belongs to Enso Social. You're welcome to share our page with friends (we'd love that), but please don't copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

The Enso name and logo are trademarks of Enso Social.

7. Limitation of Liability

We're working hard to build something great, but our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We're a small team building something new, and while we'll do our best:

• We don't guarantee the site will be available 100% of the time
• We're not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site
• We can't guarantee specific launch dates or features

Signing up for the waitlist doesn't guarantee access to the final product.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time as Enso grows and evolves. If we make significant changes, we'll do our best to let you know (likely via email or a notice on our site). Your continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
