1. What Data We Collect

When you sign up for the Enso waitlist, we collect only what we need — nothing more:

That's it. We don't collect your location, browsing history, device information, or anything else beyond what's listed above.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the information you provide for these purposes:

• Waitlist management — keeping track of who signed up and in what order
• Product updates — sending you news about Enso's development and launch
• Early access invitations — reaching out when it's your turn to join

We won't use your email for anything unrelated to Enso. No spam, no marketing partnerships, no selling your info.

3. Where Your Data Is Stored

Your data is stored securely in Supabase, a cloud-hosted database platform. Supabase provides:

• Encryption at rest and in transit
• Row-level security
• Regular backups
• Infrastructure hosted on trusted cloud providers

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure. We'll notify you if a breach ever occurs that affects your information.

4. Data Sharing

Let's keep this simple:

• We do not sell your data. Ever.
• We do not share your data with third parties for marketing or advertising.
• We do not rent, trade, or give away your personal information.

The only exception: we may share information if required by law (for example, in response to a valid legal request from a government authority).

5. Data Retention

We keep your data for as long as it's needed to manage the waitlist and communicate with you about Enso. If you ask us to delete your data, we'll do so promptly — usually within a few business days.

If Enso is discontinued, we will delete all collected personal data.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the data we have about you
• Correction — ask us to fix any inaccurate information
• Deletion — ask us to permanently delete your data
• Unsubscribe — opt out of communications at any time

7. Cookies

We keep things minimal. Our website currently does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. We don't run Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any similar tracking tools.

If this changes in the future, we'll update this policy and let you know.

8. Children's Privacy

Enso is not intended for children under the age of 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you're a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at hello@ensosocial.app and we'll promptly delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as Enso evolves. When we make changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we'll do our best to notify you via email.

We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
